Today I have a little gift idea for you, if you are still looking for something suitable for your loved ones – Superfood chocolate is always a good idea! It is prepared very quickly, you don’t need many ingredients and if you don’t have any chocolate moulds at home, you can also use pralines or ice cube moulds. Then they become little Superfood Bites.
The superfood powders not only make the chocolates really eye-catching, they are also healthier than conventional chocolates. Just make sure to choose a couverture that is certified organic and made from raw cane sugar. Then the fun begins and you can let your creativity run free. And it really is a little treat for everyone. Who wouldn’t like to have such a unique chocolate that has been prepared with love?

Kochutensilien
- silicone chocolate moulds (optional pralines or ice cube moulds)
ingredients
- 400 g white organic couverture or chocolate (sweetened with raw cane sugar)
- 1 tsp superfood-powder of choice each (e.g. chokeberry, blue & green spirulina, rosehip, acaí, baobab, etc.)
- toppings of choice (e.g. dried berries/blossoms, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, puffed quinoa/amarant, seeds, etc.)
instructions
- Melt the couverture in a hot water bath.
- Once the couverture is liquid, add 1 tsp of the desired superfood powder and mix well. Pour into a silicone chocolate mould and garnish with desired toppings.
- If you want a play of colour on the chocolate, moisten a small spit with water, dip it inthe desired powder and draw snake shapes into the chocolate.
- Now repeat the process for all bars until the couverture has been used up.
- Let them cool down well, remove the silicone mould and wrap the bars with transparent bags and beautiful ribbons.
