A snack made out if only 4 ingredients that tastes so delicious!😍 That’s why it’s going in my BASIC series😊 Whenever I get a craving for something sweet and have dates at home, I make myself this snack. Dates are also great as a natural sweetener, provide quick energy and are rich in antioxidants and fibre.

Medjoul Dates with Nut Cream

ingredients
  

  • 3 Medjoul dates
  • 1 tbsp nut cream of your choice (e.g. hazelnut cream)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp date syrup

instructions
 

  • Stone the dates and separate the halves.
  • Fill each half with hazelnut cream.
  • Garnish with cacao nibs and a bit date syrup.
