Sweet Coconut Bowl

ingredients
  

  • 4-5 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut crisps
  • 3 freeze-dried raspberries (or fresh raspberries)
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

instructions
 

  • Mix coconut yoghurt, oat bran and coconut flakes with a spoon.
  • Cut the banana and add it with haölf of the blueberries and maple syrup to the bowl.
  • Mash all together.
  • Decorate the bowl with coconut crisps, freeze-dried raspberries, the remaining blueberries and cacao nibs.
